Located at the waterside in a prime location in the center of Friesland, the holiday home has its own jetty with swim ladder and lots of privacy due to a large front and back garden. From here you can sail the Frisian lakes by boat and you can even sail to the Sneekermeer without encountering a bridge, which is very practical with a sailboat.

At the water side of the house there is a spacious terrace with an outdoor fireplace/BBQ and a fence so that the little ones and/or dogs can stay in the garden. Also on the street side there is a cozy terrace surrounded by vegetation. The terraces at the front and back of the house allow you to enjoy the sun all day long.

The front of the house at the water side consists almost entirely of glass so that you can also enjoy the view of the spacious garden and the water from the sitting room on the ground floor. In addition to the living room, the ground floor has an open kitchen and hallway with toilet. All opening windows have casement fly screens. The sun shades on the ground floor keep the house cool on hot summer days. The kitchen is fully equipped, including kitchen linen. In the large garden on the street side you will find a spacious parking lot to park at least 3 cars and there is a lockable shed to place bicycles and of course there is the cozy terrace.
